Bothwell Motors Mechanical has been a fixture of the Toowoomba community since 1960, when it was opened by returning Army veteran Noel Bothwell, who received his training as part of the Royal Australian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers. Bothwell later sold his business to Lindsay Keable in 1975, who continued Bothwell's tradition of quality workmanship, care for customers' cars and a welcoming atmosphere for all drivers. Lindsay would oversee a major expansion of the workshop before passing the business down to his son Phil and wife Julie-Anne, who now employs a team of four highly skilled mechanics, tradespeople and technicians, some of whom have been familiar faces at Bothwell Motors Mechanical for years.
Phil himself has a wealth of automotive training experience, including work with several racing teams in various disciplines, and a personal family interest in motocross. Phil and his team bring this unique interest along with over 50 years of combined automotive repair experience to provide quality repairs for Bothwell Motors Mechanical's ever-growing customer base, spanning five generations of southern Queensland drivers.
